The session was led by our esteemed resource speaker, Engr. Emerson Gerongay, Acting Head of the Board of Investments - Davao City, who provided invaluable insights on the role of the LEDIP office, the impact of foreign direct investments, and the Strategic Investment Priority Plan (SIPP).

Participants included representatives from the Department of Trade and Industry-Davao Oriental, City Assessorโ€™s Office, City Tourism Office, City Treasurerโ€™s Office, City Economic Enterprise Office, City Planning and Development Office, and Business Permit and Licensing Office. We were also honored by the presence of Hon. Edmundo Pang Jr., Chair of the Committee on Trade and Industry, and a representative from Hon. Jimboy Dayanghirang, Chair of the Committee on Environmental Protection.

Together, we are committed to refining our investment code to better serve the needs of Matiโ€™s businesses and community, ensuring sustainable development and a robust economy for all.
